FDM 3D Printing: Spare Parts and Subcontract Work — Across Europe

Have the 3D file for a part you need? We print it using FDM filament technology: plastic spare parts no longer available, prototypes and subcontract work. Send us your file, get a free quote, and we ship across Europe.

FDM Filament 3D Printing Service from Your File

CET Point Elettronic in Ivrea, Italy, offers a subcontract 3D printing service using FDM/FFF filament technology. It works simply: you send us the 3D file for the part you need (already print-ready), we print it in the most suitable material and ship it to you. A clear, free quote before we proceed, as with all our services.

Important note: at present we handle only the printing. We do not yet offer 3D design or modelling: to print a part, you need to supply us with the print-ready 3D file yourself.

Hard-to-Find Plastic Spare Parts

A broken gear, a clip, a knob, a housing, a bracket: often the plastic spare parts for appliances, equipment and everyday objects are no longer in production and become impossible to find. If you have the 3D file for the part, we can print it and give the object a new lease of life instead of throwing it away. It's our philosophy applied to plastic: we repair, not replace.

Subcontract 3D Printing for Businesses and Individuals

We produce subcontract 3D prints of prototypes, functional parts, brackets, jigs, enclosures and custom components, for businesses, private individuals and makers alike. You supply the file, we handle the printing, choosing together the material and settings (layer height, infill, strength) best suited to the intended use.

Materials Available (FDM Filament)

  • PLA — affordable, excellent detail, ideal for display pieces and prototypes
  • PETG — strong and tough, good resistance to moisture and temperature
  • ABS / ASA — heat- and weather-resistant (ASA for outdoor use)
  • TPU — flexible and rubber-like, for seals and elastic parts
  • Nylon (PA) — high mechanical strength and wear resistance, for functional parts
  • Composites — reinforced filaments (e.g. carbon fibre/glass fibre) for extra stiffness

Accepted File Formats

We accept the most common 3D formats: STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF and G-code files already sliced. If you're unsure about the format or the printability of your model, contact us before sending it.
