Data collected and purposes
This website is primarily informational. Personal data is processed only in the following cases:
- Voluntary contact: when you write to us by email or WhatsApp, or call us, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, description of the fault) solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the service. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
- Browsing statistics: we use analytics tools to understand how the site is used and to improve it (see the Cookies section). Legal basis: consent.
Cookies
The site uses two types of cookies and tracking tools:
- Technical and privacy-friendly analytics cookies (Umami): these collect aggregated, anonymous statistics without identifying the user and without profiling. They do not require consent.
- Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4): these help measure visits and behaviour on the site. They are activated only after your consent via the banner. Until you consent, Google Analytics remains disabled (Consent Mode). You can refuse them at any time.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by deleting cookies from your browser: on your next visit the banner will be shown again. More information on how Google processes data is available on the Google Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to comply with legal obligations. Statistical data is retained in aggregated form according to the settings of the analytics tools used.
Data subject rights
Under Articles 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights you can write to cetivrea@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
