What We Do in the Workshop
In our workshop we carry out a full diagnosis of the inverter: visual inspection, powered bench testing with a PV string simulator, error-code readout via the diagnostic port, oscilloscope measurements on the IGBT/MOSFET gate drivers, capacitance and ESR checks on the bulk capacitors, and integrity checks on the rectifier bridges and power section. We replace faulty components with genuine or certified equivalent parts and re-test the inverter before returning it.
Control Units and Storage Systems
As well as string inverters, we also repair photovoltaic control units, monitoring systems, BMS (Battery Management System) units for lithium storage batteries and charge controllers for stand-alone systems. For storage systems, we check the correct operation of the cells, the temperature/voltage sensors and the balancing boards.
